Temperature Equipment Corporation, a leading distributor of air conditioning, heating, and refrigerant equipment, is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Counter Sales Associate** to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate store operations coverage and travel to stores within a 40-mile radius to assist managers and substitute for managers and associates.
  • Effectively train, supervise, and motivate counter/warehouse associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, reference materials, and tools to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and implement tactics to build our customer base.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of HVAC experience, either in the field or behind a counter.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, analytical mind, and strong leadership practices.

**What We Offer:**

  • Minimum starting rate of $22.
