Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including Professional Services, Outsourcing Services, Managed Services, HR Services, and IT Services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute sourcing and supplier management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, driving value creation and innovation.
  • Manage preferred supplier relationships, monitor performance, and analyze category spend to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Recruit, retain, and coach a team of Strategic Sourcing Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing/purchasing-related background.
  • 6+ years' experience in managing multiple category areas and procuring goods/services.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Experience in various categories, including Financial Services, Consulting Services, Legal Services, and IT Services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Assertiveness with execution excellence mindset.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and negotiating skills.
  • Collaborative and mindful in successful internal and external relationship development.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
