Job Title: Warehouse III Driver

Quixote Studios LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse III Driver to join our team. As a key member of our Grip and Lighting team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting equipment to and from client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up lighting, grip, camera, and production supplies to and from client locations.
  • Operate lift gates and material handling equipment to load and unload equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is properly secured.
  • Work with clients to check out and check in grip and lighting equipment at the Quixote facility or on location.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation.
  • Read and comprehend road maps to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Follow delivery route instructions to ensure on-time delivery of equipment.
  • Report any issues or problems with vehicles to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
  • Operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all state and DOT regulations.
  • Pull and stage lighting and grip orders from paperwork, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Check and test all grip and lighting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Create stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Communicate customer requests, order changes, and paperwork specifications to management.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean work area at all times.
  • Complete all tasks in a safe manner.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Class A CDL required.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of lighting and grip equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:

Activities include regularly working in outside weather conditions, exposure to extremes of temperature, visibility, wet and/or humid conditions, and vibrations. Noise level in work environment is usually loud. Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, operating vehicle, and shift work.

Physical Requirements:

Requirements are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Heavy work: requires ability to continually lift, push, and pull 50 pounds of product individually and occasionally in excess of 100 pounds up to 160 pounds of product in a team lift.

Physical activities required of this job include, but are not limited to: bending, carrying, climbing, crouching, feeling, finger movement, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, rapid work speed, speaking, reaching, repetitive motions, seeing, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, twisting, walking, and walking on irregular surfaces.

Compensation: Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements and this role's Collective Bargaining Agreement, the pay rate for this position is $27.24 per hour.
