Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site assessments, evaluate constructability, and offer design guidance.
- Provide insights on materials and methodologies for pipeline construction.
- Review plans, deliver constructive feedback, and prepare cost estimates.
- Facilitate the acquisition of permits and easements from various regulatory bodies.
- Manage projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
- Offer mentorship regarding pipeline and facility construction practices.
- Foster professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Achieve billable targets and contribute to initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and address any concerns promptly.
- Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of local and state permitting regulations.
- Familiarity with PHMSA 192 regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
- Adept at interpreting pipeline plans and utilizing tools such as Google Earth.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours as required.
- Proficient in problem-solving and client engagement.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree accompanied by five years of experience in gas pipeline design or equivalent.
- Practical experience with various project types and proficiency in AutoCAD/GIS software.
Physical Requirements:
- Combination of office work and field visits.
- Capability to operate a computer and office equipment.
