Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and superintendents.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our JCPM system, including data entry and occasional dictation.
  • Meetings and Minutes: Arrange, participate in, and implement jobsite meetings as directed, developing and distributing meeting minutes as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Interpret established policies and procedures set by project managers.
  • Subcontractor Management: Assist in the management and coordination of subcontractors, documenting their progress as directed.
  • Project Data Compilation: Compile project data based on the JCPM System using thorough understanding of operating unit program, policies, and procedures.
  • RFI's and Reports: Process RFI's, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, and other reports as requested.
  • Document Control: Process RCO's, OCO's, and CAS's developed by PM's, updating in JCPM & document control system.
  • Reports and Document Administration: Receive, verify, compile, and submit monthly PM Reports, establishing and maintaining a project document control system, along with updating and maintaining corporate filing system.
  • Closure and Punch List: Administer, compile, and submit all closeout documents, assemble and manage project punch list.
  • Warranty Program: Administer warranty program.
  • Special Projects: Implement special projects as directed.
Requirements
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of construction purchasing and the construction industry.
  • Software Skills: Ability to use construction industry software.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Time Management: Time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and project managers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
