Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team. As a RN in this unit, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 6 months of RN experience in a pediatric ICU setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
