Job Summary:

The Office Assistant provides critical support to the office team, handling reception, clerical, and project management tasks with ease. This includes answering phones, filing, managing schedules, greeting customers, preparing documents, and tracking project performance and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate leadership calendars
  • Oversee the Executive Giving Society program, including creating solicitation lists, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and creating reports
  • Coordinate project management spreadsheets and reports
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve in a leadership capacity on the Employee Engagement Committee

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of clerical experience
  • Able to type 60 WPM
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
