Office Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
The Office Assistant provides reception, clerical, and project management support to the office, answering phones, filing, managing schedules, greeting customers, preparing documents, and tracking project performance and timelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Managing and coordinating leadership calendars
* Overseeing the Executive Giving Society program, including creating solicitation lists, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and creating reports
* Coordination of Gift Planning Continuing Education webinar series and annual meeting
* Answering phones and greeting visitors
* Serving in a leadership capacity on the Employee Engagement Committee
* Coordinate project management spreadsheets and reports
**Requirements:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 3 years of clerical experience
* Able to type 60 WPM
* Intermediate computer skills
* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Resource Office Assistant II
* Coverage across all Region 2 outpatient therapy locations
* Outpatient Therapy experience preferred
* Strong customer service skills required
