As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust financial background coupled with the ability to leverage technology for optimizing financial operations, fostering data-driven decision-making, and ensuring comprehensive financial planning and analysis. This role encompasses all aspects of Financial Management and Human Resources for High Country Beverage Corp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and analysis, manage financial reporting, and address risk and cost management.
  • Human Resource Management: Focus on team development, performance evaluation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Technological Integration: Drive technology adoption, derive insights from data, and promote operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial management, emphasizing technology integration and financial reporting; prior experience in a senior financial leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools; familiarity with emerging financial technologies is advantageous.
  • Reporting Expertise: Proven ability to manage financial reporting processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and utilize automated reporting solutions for enhanced accuracy and transparency.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to think strategically and devise innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
