Aegion's advanced technologies enable clients to circumvent the significant costs and disruptions typically associated with conventional "dig and replace" methods. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support project execution, ensuring adherence to production, safety, quality, and project management standards.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support throughout the project lifecycle, including:
    • Estimation, project planning, execution, cost management, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to monitor and manage project expenses, achieving targeted production rates and profit margins.
  • Participate in pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and track project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Update project schedules to reflect actual production quantities.
  • Conduct video reviews and measurements to facilitate material ordering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant field construction experience.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Primavera and JD Edwards software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%).
