Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and direct all service technicians in the operation of the shop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations to customers, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts as needed.
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise up to ten employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
  • Good communication skills and leadership ability.
  • Team building skills and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation:

$23.00 per hour.
