Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage and direct all service technicians in the operation of the shop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations to customers, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts as needed.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supervise up to ten employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
- General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills and leadership ability.
- Team building skills and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
$23.00 per hour.
