Job Description
We are seeking a talented Master Data Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Process Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain master data management solutions to streamline operations and improve data quality.
  • Data Integrity: Analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement solutions to prevent future problems.

Requirements
  • Data Expertise: 4-7 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data modeling, data quality tools, and ETL processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and anomalies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working in a global context, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
