Pediatric ICU Charge Nurse Opportunity in Seattle

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ICU Charge Nurse to join our team at Seattle Children's. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to lead our CICU team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients in our 24-bed CVICU, providing leadership and guidance to staff members, and ensuring that all patient needs are met. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $76,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Current Washington State RN License or current state license required
- Minimum one year nursing experience
- Pediatric ICU experience preferred
