Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative III is the primary point of contact between customers and our organization for all aspects of day-to-day sales activities. This role interfaces with customers and internal departments to develop and implement solutions that meet customer requirements and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for all customer activities and assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer service, including delivery status, technical inquiries, expediting, and order maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering.
  • Implement change orders, order cancellations, and maintain existing sales orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including customer orders and spreadsheets.
  • Advanced mathematical ability to apply concepts to practical situations.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP and SAP functions.
