Corporate FP&A Manager - Public Manufacturer

Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading public manufacturer to find a highly skilled Corporate FP&A Manager. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Director of Group FP&A in management reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis for the consolidated company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain monthly management reports and analytical packages to support management and board reporting.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of performance drivers, variances to forecast/budget, and prior year results.
  • Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for Group functions.
  • Assist with consolidated annual planning and budgeting, including managing key activities, developing market forecasts, and producing financial statements and presentations.
Capital Expenditure Analysis
  • Establish key financial management and reporting processes for capital projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Segment CFOs to drive analytical consistency and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Management Reporting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and management reporting systems (e.g., OneStream).
  • Understanding of major corporate finance principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Ability to operate in a large, complex, global organization.
  • Desire to take initiative and work independently to achieve results.
Working Conditions
  • This position will be based in an office environment with occasional domestic and international travel required.
  • Excellent vision, hearing, speech, and motor skills are required to perform essential job functions.
