About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grain Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machines
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
  • Adjust and set up equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex problems
  • Meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field, including welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
