About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grain Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Set up and adjust equipment as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete work orders and PMs in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance or production role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
