**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide medical/surgical care to adult populations with complex medical conditions.
**Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and establish goals for patient care.
• Develop and implement care strategies, prioritizing patient needs and delegating tasks safely.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating patient responses to interventions and performing additional nursing functions as needed.
**Requirements**
• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred; new grads required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; re-training required during orientation and maintained throughout employment.
