Aeronautics Instructor

Fox Valley Technical College is seeking a qualified Aeronautics Adjunct Instructor to join our team. As an adjunct instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, modeling our core values, and demonstrating commitment to excellence in program/course content and delivery.

• Plan, develop, and implement effective instructional strategies, including alternative delivery methods when appropriate.
• Assist and advise students with academic matters, providing timely communication and growth-based feedback.
• Research, develop, and administer skills assessments to evaluate student performance in courses taught by the instructor.
• Promote student success through implementation of strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Comply with college policies and directions regarding student testing, record keeping, and providing grades on a timely basis.
• Meet professional expectations by maintaining professional currency and contributing to a collaborative culture across the College.
• Attend division, department, and advisory committee meetings as requested.
• Participate in staff development activities, such as diversity awareness and technology training.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of two years of occupational experience in a target job for the program or programs being taught.
• CFI, CFII, and CFI-ME certification required.
• Ability to maintain a Class I or II medical certificate, a current Flight Review, and a current CFI certificate.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and subject to Motor Vehicle Check.
