Seattle Operations LLC: Occupational Therapy Assistant Position

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a new clinician or someone looking to transition into a skilled nursing environment. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time positions, as well as PRN opportunities.

  • Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team
  • Provide timely written documentation as required by facility and department standards
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum
  • The ability to practice unencumbered and maintain good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards
  • A working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
  • Familiarity with resident's rights and the importance of professionalism in presentation
