**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients. Your goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum potential through education, sensorimotor, social, and recreational activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to evaluate patient goals and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment programs designed to improve patient quality of life, including educational and recreational activities.
  • Provide support to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

**Requirements:

  • 6 months of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a degree in occupational therapy or related field.
  • BLS Certification and active state license required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as a weekly pay package with direct deposit available. Referral bonuses and state license reimbursement options are also available.
