Position Overview:


As a Cosmetic Product Visual Specialist, you will engage in project-oriented tasks to ensure that cosmetic items, promotional materials, and displays are aesthetically pleasing to captivate and engage customers. You will cultivate strong partnerships with store management, ensuring that the appropriate quantity of cosmetics is accessible at competitive prices.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Tampa, FL, and we are actively hiring across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform duties related to cosmetic merchandising, including but not limited to: planogram executions, resets, display arrangements, product integrations, audits, shelf cleaning and stocking, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.

Ensure that store presentation and merchandise displays align with established planograms.

Accurately log daily hours worked through an online portal accessible via smartphone, computer, or tablet.

Document completed assignments with photographs and report them to your District Manager.

Establish and maintain relationships with retail store staff and management during standard retail hours.

Be adaptable to a changing work schedule, including occasional evening or weekend assignments.

Qualifications:
Must possess reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to various locations within the designated area (depending on market location, some positions may require further travel).

Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and Apollo management (strong communication skills lead to more opportunities).

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Capable of interpreting diagrams or instructions, processing directives, and utilizing hand tools as needed.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Benefits:
Paid training sessions.

Reimbursement for mileage, travel expenses, and hotel accommodations with per diem for traveling assignments when applicable.

Work hours can vary from 0-40 hours per week based on workload, travel willingness, and acceptance of additional projects.

Weekly pay schedule.

W2 Employment status.

Compensation:
$16.50 per hour.
