Building Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including changing lights, repairing toilets and plumbing fixtures, and addressing clogs.
  • Assist with basic machine repairs, such as cardboard crushers, and maintain cleanliness of designated areas.
  • Contribute to light landscaping duties, such as mowing grass in outdoor areas.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including employment verification, drug testing, and background checks.

Note: Experience with electrical wiring and pneumatic plugs is a valuable asset but not required.
