You will also have the opportunity to participate in program planning and development, and to represent our department in community settings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in community health nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to first-time mothers and their babies in our Nurse Family Partnership program

Requirements
  • Completed training for the Nurse Family Partnership program
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Nurse Home Visitor

  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license and an acceptable driving record
