About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and bring our product design vision to market. As a key member of our product org, you will be instrumental in establishing the foundation for future growth and making impactful decisions. With our team's passion for building great user experiences, you will be part of a fully distributed team that requires overlap with PST time zone.

Responsibilities
  • Design the user experience of Writer products, including researching user and business objectives, translating user needs into designs, prototyping and testing solutions, and building design system components.
  • Gather feedback and iterate on launched solutions.
  • Work on the product roadmap with cross-functional partners.
  • Upgrade the design process, quality, and community at Writer.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
  • Experience building UI components from scratch.
  • Experience working on a technical or B2B product is a plus.
