Job Summary:

The Luxury Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through personalized experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
  2. Drive sales growth through personalized recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience, including store displays, product offerings, and events.
  6. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and client tracking software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of jewelry, watches, and other luxury goods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience working with diverse client bases.
