About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned project management professional to lead prestigious renovation projects in the luxury real estate market.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of high-end renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Clients and Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  3. Documentation and Permits: Maintain on-site signed plans and specs, permits, and any other documents necessary to complete the project.
  4. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless coordination, adherence to job specifications, and collaboration, resolving any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
  5. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  6. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, budget forecasting, procurement, and invoice approvals, to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and profitability targets.
  7. Quality Control and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment and deliver superior craftsmanship in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, including project status, budget variance, schedule delays, and risk assessments, highlighting key milestones and achievements.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-end renovation projects in the luxury residential sector.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements related to residential renovations; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
