We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone - Fleming Island/Gainesville/Naples/Estero. As a critical link in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet membership sales goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our menu of services, with training provided
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
