Clinical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Navigator to join our team at Spectrum Healthcare Partners in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, serving as a resource for staff, and documenting patient care services accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and preparing charts for office visits
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance on clinical problems and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care services
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and efficient clinic operations
- Document patient care services accurately and timely, including therapeutic procedures, dressing changes, wound management, allergies, and medication dosages
Requirements:
- LPN with current Maine License or eligible for licensure, Medical Assistant, CMA/RMA, or other relevant healthcare credentials with required experience
- 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of Orthopaedics preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
