Description

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clientele, managing customer interactions across various communication platforms. This position involves addressing all inquiries from consumers, customers, and internal stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.

WORK SCHEDULE is typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  1. Promptly and accurately respond to consumer inquiries via their preferred communication method, including phone, email, and other digital channels.
  2. Provide efficient and friendly transactional support for direct consumer orders, encompassing order entry, account management, delivery tracking, and returns processing.
  3. Ensure the accuracy of orders by verifying all information provided.
  4. Exhibit proficiency in utilizing tools and technologies necessary for daily operations, including SAP order processing and CRM systems.
  5. Meet established performance metrics in areas such as service quality and communication etiquette.
  6. Communicate product information regarding vitamins and supplements while adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines.
  7. Foster a collaborative team environment through adaptability and a positive attitude.
  8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing, discounts, and promotions across all channels to provide accurate consumer service.
  9. Document all consumer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  10. Develop an expert understanding of Nature's Way products and utilize available resources to effectively address consumer questions.
  11. Cross-train to support other teams as needed.
