Full Time and PRN Licensed Mental Health Counselor Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at the Alachua Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Gainesville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to patients
  • Perform administrative consults for specialized social services
  • Conduct psychiatric social service work on the Behavioral Health Unit
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
  • Participate in in-service programs and staff orientation
Requirements:
  • Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Ability to assess and make treatment decisions
  • Experience working with juvenile populations
