Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive market development and revenue growth for a revolutionary new implantable device therapy for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company and lead the charge in developing a new market segment with significant growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales management, with experience in market development, therapy awareness, and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement therapy awareness programs
  • Collaborate with thought leaders and key opinion leaders to build revenue
  • Manage implantation case coverage and patient identification/education/referral programs

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Top-ranked, award-winning documented performance record
  • 5+ years medical device/biopharma sales management experience
  • Experience with market development, therapy awareness, program development, provider/patient education, etc. activities with implantable devices, endoscopy, biologics, etc.
