We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Leader. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals and driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making
