Job Title: Manager - Community Health Quality

Grifols is a global healthcare company that has been working to improve the health and well-being of people around the world since 1909. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Community Health Quality to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.

Job Summary:

The Manager - Community Health Quality will be responsible for leading our community health quality initiatives and ensuring that our plasma collection centers meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the donor experience and improve plasma collection efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FDA, OSHA, and CLIA.
  • Lead training and development programs to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate center performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure that center operations are financially sustainable.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, employees, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as science, business, or nursing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a medical or cGMP regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with plasma or whole blood collection preferred.
