About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Spartanburg area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership and guiding customers through our new home sales process.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work on weekends. Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to set you up for success with our sales system.

Our company offers a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on performance and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for uncapped earnings, paid training, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, a paid car and phone allowance, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount.
