Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team at LCA Architects, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design projects, including conceptualization, design development, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Architectural Registration in California or NCARB.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Experience leading Type V and III projects in low and mid-rise construction.
  • Outstanding abilities in detailing, problem-solving, and construction documents and specifications.
  • Expert knowledge in permitting and construction administration.
  • Expert knowledge of current building codes.
  • Superior familiarity with materials and products.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • REVIT skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
