Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning solutions that are relevant and impactful
  • Develop and maintain learning programs that align with our business objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
  • Expertise in instructional design authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
  • Experience with multimedia software, video editing tools, and graphic design software is a plus
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and transform it into engaging learning materials
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
