AccentCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Case Manager to join our team. As a RN Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes in the comfort of patients' homes.

Salary$90,000-$100,000 per year
This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with an estimated annual compensation of $90,000-$100,000. As a RN Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

To be successful as a RN Case Manager, you will need:
- Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing and current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- One (1) year experience as a RN
You will need to possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Additionally, you must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
