Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a team of technical writers and editors to create high-quality documentation.
- Define the overall content strategy for specific developer tools and end-to-end development workflows.
- Lead the direction for documentation authoring tools used by writers and software development teams.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve documentation.
- Influence product direction of tools used by the team.
You will be part of the Software Builder Experience organization, which includes product teams located across multiple locations, including Seattle, Arlington, and Sydney.
