Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Therapy Assistant to join our team in Santa Fe, NM.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SLPA to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed SLPs to assess and evaluate clients' communication needs
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
