Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant Position in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Jet Health is seeking a skilled per diem/PRN Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant for part-time hours in the beautiful city of Santa Fe, New Mexico. This rewarding role will involve working with patients of all ages under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
About the Job- Job Type: Part-time
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Duration: Ongoing
The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy and be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant. They should also possess current state licensure or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC). One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, especially in home health settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant
- Current State License or multi-state license issued by a state member of the PTLC
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, preferably in home health
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently with patients, providing coordinated physical therapy services. You will also participate in the coordination of care and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
