- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and objectives, and devise actionable solutions to drive business results.
- Design and implement data architectures and engineering solutions to support business needs.
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics, and design and implement models with both Python and R.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in decision and data sciences, and identify opportunities for application within General Mills.
- Mentor and train others in AI modeling methods, deployment, and project management.
- Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence & Analytics, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in data science or marketing analytics-related occupation.
- Experience with Big Query, Vertex AI, and Airflow tools and services from the Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience creating and deploying scalable models.
- Experience with GitHub, Atlassian, or Confluence.
- Experience with Nielsen IQ, IRI, or Numerator.
- Experience with aggregate and disaggregate data for marketing and behavioral analytics and insights within the CPG, FMCG, or Retail industries.
- Experience with data science lifecycle from data architecture and engineering to advising business on the application of analytics insights.
At General Mills, we offer a competitive salary range of $128,750 - $174,600, as well as a comprehensive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being. We are proud to offer a foundation of health benefits, retirement and financial wellbeing, time off programs, wellbeing support, and perks. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
