The Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI Expert will play a key role in developing and managing state-of-the-art predictive algorithms that utilize data at scale to automate and optimize decisions. This position requires a strong background in Gen AI, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying real-world Gen AI-based applications, including system architecture design, prompt development, and model selection.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid/flex for your day work arrangement, with the core role requiring both onsite and virtual work. The successful candidate will be responsible for initializing and helping launch Gen AI features, developing centralized Gen AI tools and services, and building organizational capabilities around Gen AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy real-world Gen AI-based applications
  • Design and develop at-scale Gen AI system architectures
  • Develop and tune Gen AI models
  • Implement advanced statistical techniques
  • Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders

About You:

  • PhD or MS in a quantitative discipline and 6+ years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in Gen AI development and deployment
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to creatively solve business problems
  • Exceptional knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
