  • Evaluate network and system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain efficient and robust network technologies.
  • Manage and maintain current VMWare vSphere Infrastructure, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using Veeam.
  • Manage and maintain storage systems and Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Design, develop, and maintain organization's email network and system.
  • Perform on-call rotations and handle supervisory functions, including staff development and strategy planning.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience analyzing, planning, and supporting systems in a large, networked environment.
  • IT experience in a healthcare setting, highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
