Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve network and system performance for reliability and efficiency.
  • Design and architect solutions to ensure stability, security, and scalability throughout the IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain efficient and robust network technologies.
  • Manage and maintain current VMWare vSphere Infrastructure, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Responsible for helping IT Operations staff to develop skills and knowledge transfer within the department.
  • Manage and maintain the Veeam environment, including backup operations and technologies.
  • Manage, maintain, and resolve issues with storage systems and Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the organization's email network and system.
  • Perform on-call rotations every 10 weeks based on the needs of the medical center.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience analyzing, planning, and supporting systems in a large, networked environment.
  • IT experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
