Job Description

Full Steam Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries.
  • Move products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior forklift driving experience is required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.

The employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

The employee must be able to stand for long periods of time and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and average of 6- 10 hours per day.
