Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Mesa, Arizona.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our interdisciplinary care team in providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering naturalistic therapy in a center-based setting, working closely with other clinical specialties to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
Requirements
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
