We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at US Derm Support Roles. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Responsibilities- Perform opening and closing clinic duties, including preparing for next day scheduled appointments
- Greet patients, check them in for appointments, and verify insurance
- Scan documents into electronic health records and maintain tidiness of waiting area and reception counter
- Check schedules for added, canceled, and no-show appointments and schedule follow-up appointments as needed
- Respond to designated tasks in the electronic health record and order clinic office supplies
- Sell and track cosmetic products and distribute mail
We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity. You should be proficient in basic computer functions and able to learn new software quickly. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
