Sanitation Team Leader Job Description

Gallo is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Team Leader to join our Fresno Winery team. As a key member of our sanitation team, you will be responsible for driving improvement in sanitation and motivating team members towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage sanitation programs to ensure compliance by team members
  • Track sanitation execution and troubleshoot issues
  • Champion the 4E's (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes) to drive continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to improve sanitation processes
  • Lead problem-solving activities and recommend resolutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production, operations, or logistics
  • 4+ years of supervisory or managerial experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to work shifts as scheduled and travel up to 5% of the time
  • Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience implementing lean manufacturing practices
  • Supervisory or managerial experience with team building, leadership, and mentoring skills
Compensation and Benefits:

This position includes a competitive benefits package and a hiring salary range of $67,000 - $104,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and market data.
