Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead our application development team in the wholesale and manufacturing sector. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for driving projects through the full development lifecycle, from requirements to implementation.

The Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive design, coding, conduct specification and code reviews, and deliver projects to completion. Your expertise in designing and developing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and experience with .NET, C#, Microsoft Azure, React, Blazor, and MS SQL platforms will be essential in ensuring that the software produced by the development team adheres to standards and meets the design laid out for the solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive projects through the full development lifecycle for new and existing applications and systems—requirements, designs, coding, technical Q&A, and implementation.
  • Recognize need for updates, and provide solutions to, technical challenges as they arise in the business.
  • Work with the Technical Leads and developers to steer the overall architecture of Leedsworld Inc.
  • Take responsibility for the overall system design, ensuring it meets the long-term architectural needs of the company.
  • Promote active use of development standards and test environments.
  • Perform basic Project Management and validating progress of development items.
  • Collaborate with IT Management and peers to propose system solutions, and estimate resource requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and promotes information sharing between teams and other departments.
  • Take ownership of software designs, ensuring that they meet the overall Leedsworld Inc architecture standards.
  • Provide technical mentoring for other members of the development team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-year degree in information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience developing software across a broad range of companies and industries.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of software developers is preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
